INITIATE STAGE - We acquire vacant space and make it available for creatives and entrepreneurs.
IDEATE STAGE - We guide the ideation process and vet proposals from creatives and entrepreneurs.
CREATE STAGE - Through a competitive process, ideas and creatives are selected and supported in producing prototypes.
ITERATE STAGE - Popular prototypes access funding to improve the experience quality and prove the commercial model.
OPERATE STAGE - Viable, popular experiences receive further funding and establish long-term lease arrangements with landlords.
